School Organisation
The school is organised into Key Stage aged classes.
The Foundation Stage (Reception) classes have children from 4 to 5 years of age - we have two Foundation Stage classes.
The Key Stage One classes have children from 5 to 7 years of age – we have three Key Stage One classes.
The Key Stage Two classes have children from 7 to 9 years of age – we have three Key Stage Two classes.
By organising in this way we can structure the curriculum to better support the developmental needs of each child. Children in Key Stages One and Two are grouped according to ability for English and mathematics.
Each class has a Teacher and across the school we have many Teacher Assistants who support learning and personal needs.
